Buy and sell : the basics
Two options now available for sellers on the order book, from December 2024. A new ROY contract must be accepted to fully use this new configuration.
This mode will become the primary system starting December 2024.

You have two options:
Not in a rush? Place your sell order at your desired price on the order book. A new ROY contract is also being offered, allowing users to fully benefit from the new system.
In a hurry? Use the Instant Sell module to sell immediately.
The reference price changes exclusively based on buy and sell transactions made between users.
Instant Sell Price:
It follows a Liquidity Pool logic: the higher the buy volume, the higher the price rises. Conversely, a large volume of sales through Instant Sell will result in a price decrease.
To avoid unfavorable arbitrage effects for the market and users, several rules are in place:
Dynamic resizing:
When the size of a trade would cause the talent’s reference price (post-trade exit price) to exceed its limit, we temporarily adjust the liquidity size in Instant Sell.
This ensures the exit price remains aligned with the reference price.
12 hours later, during the VWAP price update, liquidity size returns to its initial value while maintaining the adjusted price.
If a second resize occurs within the 12-hour period, liquidity size immediately resets to its original value.
These rules may evolve to ensure fairness and the smooth functioning of the Royaltiz market.
Where do the ROYs acquired through Instant Sell go?
The ROYs acquired through Instant Sell are transferred to the "Max supply" of each talent.
