Why some talent markets trade via the order book and others with Instant Liquidity?

We are starting the roll-out of the new Instant Liquidity engine slowly, only with new talents to begin with, and as we gather feedback and usage data, we will start switching existing talents from the order book engine to the Instant Liquidity engine.
