My ID has been refused, what should I do?

The most likely reason is that one of the uploaded photos is of poor quality, or not compliant. Please ensure that the uploaded photo is of good quality, with all information clearly visible. Please check also that your document is still validate.

Another possible reason concerns the identity document itself: it's necessary that the identity appearing on the ID is strictly identical to the one entered at the time of registration**: same name / first name**. You can modify it from your account in case of error. It's therefore mandatory that the information entered on the site is similar to that of your identity card.

Please note that we don't accept any ID by email or on the chat support.

In the European Union area we authorize ID, Driving license and Passport. However, in other country like Turkey, we only accept Passport.
