How to withdraw my money?

Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you can transfer funds from your Royaltiz account to your bank account.

Go to your royaltiz account, and enter a valid IBAN of your bank account (always double check for typos)
Have your identity verified directly from your account by selecting “Verify my profile”. Then upload one of the accepted identification documents (front and back).
Carry out the transaction of your choice on the platform.
After successful ID verification go to your Wallet and select Withdraw to transfer the money to your bank account. Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is €10.
It can take anywhere from 48 hours to 14 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on the banking institutions' processing times and the country where your account is located.

In case of an error in entering your bank details, the money is automatically sent back to your royaltiz wallet. It could take an additional 14 days to receive your money. The process is automatic.

As part of the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing measures, your withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Please note: Royaltiz is not responsible for bank delays, as banks only work from Monday to Friday. There are no weekend transfers.
