Add my bank account
To add your bank account, go to your account: 'Check my profile'. Then, enter your bank account information.
Note: it's mandatory that your account information is the same as the one entered on the website.
Example: if you are Francis Jacquier on royaltiz and you add an account in the name of Henry Sabatier, the transfer will be automatically rejected and will return to your Mangopay wallet within 7 working days.
The bank account must also be located in an authorized country when you register on the Platform. See the following article on this subject:

Note: you must distinguish between payment by credit card and bank transfer from your wallet to your bank account. A card allows you to make international payments, regardless of its origin. A bank transfer will be made in the country where your bank is located. Thus, your bank must be located in a country of residence present in the drop-down menu when you register on the Platform. Otherwise, you will not be able to recover the funds deposited on the Platform.
