Payment methods and wallet
- How can I credit my Wallet?****
Go to your Wallet by clicking the yellow Wallet button at the top right corner of the website
Select “Deposit” and choose the amount you’d like to deposit.
Then use your debit or credit card to fund your Wallet. Please note that the name on the debit or credit card does not need to match the identity of the royaltiz platform user (the first and last name entered during registration).
- Which payment methods can I use to credit my Wallet?****
We accept the following credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and CB. We also accept bank transfers (SWIFT). We do not currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrencies. We hope to integrate Apple Pay in the near future.
- What is the minimum/maximum amount I can add to my Wallet?****
The minimum deposit amount is 15€; besides that, you can credit your Wallet with any amount you want - your Wallet has no deposit limits. However, you may be limited to 10000€ per payment by your credit card (in relation to the protection against fraud by our partner Mangopay). If you want to credit your Wallet with a larger amount, you should make a bank transfer.
- How much does it cost to use the royaltiz platform?****
royaltiz and its partner MANGOPAY do not charge any fees when you credit your Wallet or withdraw funds, as long as your bank account is located within the European Union (SEPA transfers from your Wallet to your bank account are free). Some transfer fees could be applied depending on your international location.
