How can the number of my INDEX ROYs change during the renewal and why?
The number of your INDEX ROYs can either decrease, increase or stay the same, depending on the new talents/talents removal each year.
There is two factors: the contract duration and the volume of talents in/out.
New talents with longer contract duration, or more talents in than talents out = your ROYs INDEX will be reduced
If newly added talents have a longer contract duration or if we introduce more talents than we remove on the INDEX - so we will remove a small portion of your owned ROYs INDEX.
New talents with lower contract duration, or more talents out than talents in = your ROYs INDEX will be increased.
The same logic works the other way as well.
These two effects have no impact on your yield per ROY.
